- All attendees will have a scheduled agenda that will include a meeting with PEMEX to present your company, your company's products or services, and how you are better than other suppliers. A complete technical sheet will be filled by the companies, in order to arrange a meeting with the right specialist from PEMEX that will be in charge of deciding on the purchase of that specific item or service.
- You will participate in small workshops that will allow you to get general information on issues such as: taxation, customs, logistics, risk management, legalities, among other topics. At one of the workshops you will learn how to operate PEMEX'S bidder/contractor software as well as how to initiate your registration and certification, to make the first step in the process of becoming a PEMEX supplier.
- If your company requires a private session with an expert on any of the previously described issues; with the information provided in the workshops you will be able to know the specific topics you would like to discuss with them.
- You will also have an opportunity to meet with Canadian and Mexican government representatives that can support you in various ways with your operations in Mexico.
